Eggplant, squash, tomatoes, pasta, and fresh mozzarella. I don't know what to call it, but it tasted really good. It could have been a lasagne if I had sliced the squash and eggplant, I guess.

Egg salad sandwiches because I was too tired to cook. Had hard boiled eggs in the fridge, so easy peasy!

Old Country buffet to celebrate my anniversary. I sent a thank you card to my surgeon with a longish update on how I'm doing.

My sister in law had me try a service called Green Chef, I was impressed. Check it out, tonight I had a Mediterranean Stuffed Zucchini. It was great, and it's dish that I would normally had made if left to my own devices.

Sounds delicious. I'm hesitant about the delivery services because of hungry wildlife. Food on the porch while we're away might be a little tempting for raccoons. But... Packed in foam boxes with cool packs might be ok. I will need to check them out. Produce season here is coming to an end, so having fresh ingredients delivered might be a blessing.

Tonight is Ancho Steak. I meant to say earlier, that is was not something I would have done left to my own devices.

Tonight was garlic lemon shrimp over couscous and broccoli. It was really good, and the reserve Sauvignon Blanc I bought (for less than $15) was really perfect both in the sauce and in the cook.

Seared scallops, sautéed zucchini, and pasta with butter and thyme. A dryish Chardonnay to go with. Yum! Strawberries later for dessert, but waiting because I'm full.

That sounds good, to lazy to go out and too lazy to cook. Cereal for me.
