My meowmy has kin in East Tennessee. Those ladies are nothing to be fooled with she says.

My doggie has gone there. He says it is nice but hilly. I have not been there and I do not know what hilly is. My doggie says it makes him huff and puff when he goes for his walks. I do not think that sounds like a good thing. Maybe those ladies are chasing him and that is hilly. MOL

I don't think I would like it. I don't like to travel. The trip all those years ago from That Place in Arlington to home was enough. Tonio

Well we are going back to the oven. It's been mild enough for me to get outside time. I like it, Meowmy sits out there with me. I like to nap in the doorway. That way if it gets to warm I can nip back in the flat and enjoy the cool air. Tonio

I do that on my porch. My meowmy leaves the kitchen door a little open, and I can come back in. Then she closes the door to keep the cool airs in.

Isn't that the Da Bomb!!! I love the cool airs though. They run a lot here in Texas.

Here too, cousin. My meowmy says it gets very sticky here. It makes the doors sound funny when they try to close and sometimes they do not close. I am glad we have cool airs. The cousins at the corner live under an old house and do not have it. I think they are not in the best life.

Your cousins have a very hard life if there is no one to care for them. Meowmy says it's important for them not only to have food and water but that they don't reproduce either. Tonio

My meowmy has been working with the peoples at that corner. My cousins like them. They put out food and water and let them live under their house. She has said she will help to take them to the doctor so they can stop having babies and get their shots.

Just thought I would check in to see how everyone is doing. It's miserably hot here in Texas but the cold air is working just fine. Antonio

We are doing fine here. We had nasty boomers and bad wind last night. Good thing is we didn't loose power.

It is really hot here too, Tonio. The grass eaters have been under their fans and our cold airs are blowing. My doggie is pigging it by lying on a vent.

It's still miserable here. And we are having a crisis. Something went wrong with eletricity in part of the flat. The people were here to fix but have to get a part. At least the cool airs are still working. Tonio

Power went out here this afternoon while my mama was away chasing green papers. The place that gives my mama green papers had its power go out this morning.

The power went out at the doggie hotel on Monday right before we picked Bingo up from play. Their generator bit the dust too. Poor people. They were doing everything they could to make sure the vet clinic had ice and the boarded dogs and play care dogs were as comfortable as they could be. It has been so HOT. But... we're due for some autumn-like weather this weekend.

How are things doing?

Things are doing very well. Things will be starting cool off here soon and then Meowmy and I can go back hanging on the back porch. Tonio

Cats here like it best when windows are open on a nice cool days. They can hear birds better.

My cats love it when the windows are open. It's too humid now to do that, but the temperatures are getting comfortable.

It's been mild enough in the morning that Meowmy and I have enjoyed the back porch. Tonio

We have the windows open. My meowmy says it is chilly at night time. I have been snugging to stay warm. We do not want to close the windows.

It's hot here at night but not as hot as it has been in the past. Tonio
