I can do white American cheese. Come to think of it I don't think there is a cheese that I don't like.

Tonight, I ate 1/2 a Hot Holly at Paul's Delly. Absolutely nothing healthy. Absolutely delicious.

Pre-football food. We think we're hitting a seafood place because the weather is a little miserable for tailgating.

No red sauce. Just cheese, a little olive oil, garlic, and herbs. It's basically thin, crunchy crust and cheese. Smile It's SO good.

I think tonight we'll have lentil soup. It's easy to throw together, and since I'll be gone most of the day, easy is the way to go.

Kale and chickpeas in a simple soup. The recipe was on a can of tomatoes in the store and sounded good.

Chopped onion, can of tomatoes, can of chickpeas, chopped kale, and some smoked sausage. I added some green peppers and celery to the veg since they were in the fridge. It was tasty. Nice crusty bread on the side.

Beautifully. Smile I used to dislike it, but then I started liking the smooth leaf kind that has purple-y leaves. It's really mild. I won't eat collards though. ICK!

Ham and cheese fritata (with potatoes). I think I might make some green beans on the side.

YUM! Peaches are gone from out stores. There are tasty plums though.

Tonight will be butternut squash, apples, and sausage casserole. It sounds weird, but it's good.

I got 'em at walmart. They were from California so whoever grew them must've went through a lot of water to grow them that big despite the drought. I was amazed at the price but not all walmarts had them for that price.
Salmon tonight with pears and asparagus (if I can find that can in my pantry). Another huge peach for dessert.
