oh mags....wait until your letters from AARP start coming in...they start sending them early for some reason. and now i'm getting them about once a week!

Poo, Jeane, you're just a baby! You wouldn't be able to take much advantage of it yet. I'm just saying that when you get to be a true oldie, AARP provides tons of discounts on things like travel, insurance and "senior discounts" at stores, things that can really help a budget. Not to mention their political influence. Historically, they fight pretty hard for old folks and concentrate on the wording of actual bills in Congress with little regard for what political party may have introduced them. But, Hoo! We're WAY off topic! Lol!
