HAPPY VETERAN'S DAY!

Make sure to thank a veteran today for their service to their country. I plan on calling my grandpa, he was in WWII and it's also his birthday today.

I wish I had off today so I could go to the parade.
I'll call my dad tonight. He was in WWII and Korea. He probably organized something down in the condo he lives in.

Well, I got the answering machine when I called him. Finally got a call back around 10pm.....seems he had been on the go since sunup having fun! All his trailer park needs is a grocery store and he'd never have to leave the grounds. It's so big he says it should have it's own zipcode. He went to dinner, dancing, a movie, you name it...non stop fun all day long. Amazing he had the energy at his age, but that's probably why he's still going strong at 90+.
