Crisis...anyone?

I remember living in apartments. They did the same thing and only treated one floor at a time. The bugs just traveled from one floor to the other. It was a giant pain. I hope they do things right this time.

They only did mine. I think we are going to be doing this all over again. To add insult to injury, the remote for the t.v. now doesn't work. I'm going to contact the cable company to see what's what. It's been one niggling thing after another.

Last week was like that for me. It seems to be going around like a bad cold.

There is one upside, I finally found Dan Quail.

I finally got the remote to work. With little or no help from the cable company.

One of my mom's teeth broke off Friday night. She went to one of those dental places that is open seven days a week just to try to get something done. The place wasn't able to get her in, but someone there was able to make an appointment for her tonight. My mom was talking like she had a root canal for the very tooth that broke off.

UGH!! I hope your Mom is doing better today.

She got prescribed an antibiotic and got an appointment in the morning at a different location to get rest of tooth pulled.

My mom's tooth or what was left of it got pulled this morning. The only teeth I got pulled were the last two baby teeth that I still had while in high school. My last baby teeth had to be pulled as it was.

How she feeling?

She is feeling fine. The only restriction I know of is that she can't get into the pool at the gym.

Wow! I haven't been here for a while. Glad the tooth is better. It's only a couple weeks until she can swim again though, right?

She should be able to get back in the pool next week. She doen't swim, but she does take arthritis classes in the pool.

To make things worse, my mom will have another procedure done soon to blast stones in one kidney. I don't know how many times she had this procedure done on her kidneys.

Oh ugh! I had a friend who had this done quite a bit. She had to go through diet changes to help reduce the development of stones, but she still got them. And after they blasted them, she still had to pass the little pieces. She said it was NO fun. I hope your mom's procedure heals quickly and she's back to normal.

Hope so too. I went to the dentist for the usual cleaning and xrays. While I was at it, I mentioned what one tooth felt like from the backside. Once she saw I was talking about, she took more xrays only to discover five *#$@^#! cavities. All on the bottom front teeth. I go back in a few weeks to get some of those cavities filled. Yes, I have dental insurance.

Sorry about the cavities but great news that you have dental insurance.

I wanted to dental insurance if I ended up needing some work done, it wouldn't hurt the pocket book as bad.

That was a wise plan. Good for you.

Last thing I needed was be stuck with a dental bill that would cost an arm and a leg.

My mom had the procedure done to blast kidney stones. It went well and I have no clue when she will get home tonight.

Hope she is home soon and feeling better soon.
