Re: Tonight I am going to watch...
haven't been watching any TV at the office. Nothing new has been on. and today suddenly the sound went dead on my computer. Monday I'll have them check it out, or maybe see if a wire came loose or something.
I ordered Mr and Mrs Smith (Brad and Angelina) from the library and it is in transit so maybe it will be there tomorrow

Watched Jingle All the Way on Saturday night at Brads. Tonight it's Bones and who knows what else since Revolution is off for the next few months.

Re: Tonight I am going to watch...
wel, Mr and Mrs Smith came in at the library so I'll watch it tonight.
over the weekend i watched some more old moviesd, Roberta, with Astaire and Rogers from 1930, The Swiss Family Robinson from 1960 (I Loved the book when I was kid, I'd like to read it again) and two different miniseries from BBC of Sense and Sensibility. , one from 1971 and one from 1981. The 1981 version was much superior

Hey, nobody has talked about Big Bang Theory for a long time - I've been a loyal follower, even on the repeats on cable, but I didn't think the storyline on the space station was all that interesting, but NOW - oh boy - the latest episode, the adventures of Amy and Sheldon (or as Penny calls it, "Shammy") were hilarious - particularly clearing a cold by "rubbing the chest" -heh, heh - and, of course, "spanking Amy" - oh my!
Anyone else feel the same way??

Re: Tonight I am going to watch...
well, I watched Mr and Mrs Smith this morning, and loved it. I'm a fan of both BP and AJ together and apart. really far out concept but I'm easily entertained LOL
for the Oldie s of the week watched Four Jills in a Jeep from the 40's based on the first women who went overseas to entertain the troops for the USO, and Holiday Inn, a perinneal favorite. Bing Crosby singing White Christmas! Gotta see if I can find more Christmas movies at the library.

I agree completely about the space station, and also about this last episode. Amy and her antics really cracked me up!
Re: Tonight I am going to watch...
rained most of my "vacation" so watched alot of DVDs. I'd rewatched National Treasure (I have a copy) a couple of weeks ago so when I saw the library had NT2 I borrowed it, as well as The Da Vinci Code. enjoyed both- I love these puzzle quest themed movies. After I slog thro9ugh the next 2 Games of Thrones books I've got to finally read The Davinci Code.
Also watched a recent adaptation of Mansfield Park starring Billie Piper who was a Dr Who companion a while back.I kept wanting to omb. her hair was so messy it kept distracting me from the story. LOL
then i watched a couple epiodes of Hoarders.

Re: Tonight I am going to watch...
Watched The Messanger: the Story of Joan of Arc yesterday afternoon.......2 1/2 hours. Good movie but lots of violence. Nothing last night as clearing out my mom's email took a bit longer than expected.
Tonight not sure what if anything we'll be watching.

Re: Tonight I am going to watch...
Just want to let everyone know, I've finally upgraded to HD-capable TV - gave my old 27" analog CRT to Goodwill, bought a new 40" LCD/LED flat screen - even the local news looks good!

Re: Tonight I am going to watch...
congratulations, Jim
If I can get myself to PC Richards I'll eventually get a new TV, although not a big screen. I don't have the room for it.

I've got an awful feeling that Beryl will want to watch Beverley Hills Chihuahua 2 tonight. We watched the first one last night. She enjoyed it so what can I say? Ya gotta go with the flow.

Well, not sure about tonight but over the weekend we'll be watching Tooth Fairy 2, with Larry the Cable Guy. Should be funny enough.
