There are creepy people in this world, no question, and sometimes we don't know it until they try something like this. I'm very sorry you're having to deal with it! Sounds like you and your Mom are solidly together on shutting him out of your lives. If he tries to so much as come to your door, I'd call 911 in a heartbeat.

I just hate that it isn't illegal but at least it would keep me safe.

Pierce, honey, have you talked to anyone about this? A counsellor, someone trained, who could help you deal with your outrage and fear? Do you have anyone, a therapist, doctor, church minister or school counsellor you could talk to? Keeping that scum at bay is the the job of the police, and I hope you will do everything you can to enlist their help. But I'm more worried about how you help yourself deal with your own feelings and fears about it. Please talk to someone besides us!

January 12 and I am setting up everything else as we speak.

Thank you! I will be. It'll be a meager one this year but it will be nice. And yes everything will be fine I will most likely just stay over night so the drain can be removed. But it is on a Thursday so not too many days off for my mom.
