Rescue Kitties

oh there are more...now that i've discovered how to get them from my camera into photobucket i can put them on here faster! there's a nother one similar to this, some of salem i'm waiting to put on the 'dress your pet day' (Its this month...at least on my calico critter calendar...it could be this Fri,i need to check it out!)....all kinds of weird stuff on that camera phone since i figured out how to take pics with it. (i can find that one a lot easier and faster than my regular camera;) ).

I give up trying to see them....................I get nothing but blank space.

i don't know how clear this is...but this is what i found when i xame home tonight....

i used to come home to find Buddy in the bed with his head on the pillow. now i come home to find Salem under the blankets! He likes to make nests in the blankets...i swear it looks just like a big old bird has made a nest! i just haven't taken a picture of them yet!

yeah salem looks pretty good in purple;) i just wish i had more room cuz people are going to get tired of pics of the bed and the window!

My brother's cat likes being under blankets. Sometimes it's the only way to get her to settle down when she's been more than an handful.

hmmm....maybe its something like what they do to kids with certain problems...they wrap them up and it calms them down.

I can relate Jeane, I have hardly any room at this place either

Archimedes used to be an underkitty too. He would hide so well that sometimes we didn't even see him under those covers.

Don't worry about taking pix of the bed and window. My kitties are always in the same spots even though we have quite a few spots they COULD pose in.

salem has taken to jumping into the chair here if i get up to the go the bathroom or whatever....i would love to take a pic of that but its so dark back here you'd never see it.

i'll see if i can send them this weekend..i'm giving my yahoo account a rest for a while. somebody sent me some cat rescue stuff and didn't hide the email addresses of everyone it was sent to. so somebody got my address and somehow got into my address book and emailed something stupid to a lot of people. i cleaned my computer with scanslast night and deleted at least half the stuff in my address book.but i want to leave it alone from stuff like attatchments for a few days to see what happens.

day before yesterday Toothpick did something weird...not weird that he got on the pillow above my head and butted and nudged and rubbed and snuffed my ear. but he stuck his neck out over my face and sniffed my breath. if somebody had taken a picture it probably would have looked like the myth about cats stealing people's breath. but i think he was trying to find out if i had eaten his food....or if it was drunk? (oh yeah, elderberry wine and ginger ale) maybe it was his way of telling me i had morning breath?
it was just weird....never had a cat do that before...has anyone else???

Bijoux sniffs our breath sometimes, guess he's trying to figure out if we've eaten anything good that we were supposed to share with him.

since i posted pics of the blankets i made for my bed i thought i'd put Nobe enjoying the blanket i made for her. its hard to see her. i had to pull an edge up so she'd stick her head out long enough to take a pic...as soon as i was done she popped it back in like a turtle! the past two days she's been sleeping on top of it so it must be pretty warm!

Turtle... Heehee! What a perfect description. All of my current kitties are on-top kind of guys, but Archimedes was definitely into the turtle imitations.

nobe is borderline insane...she'll get under the blankets and stay under there when its 90 degrees down here! if you pull the covers back and pet her she's hot!
cartier says that he prefers to sit on top of the warm stuff;)

Ascot and Rachel would check me out if I had seafood, or anything else
they found of interest.

hm...i thought i'd posted this earlier...
welp, i decided to start making some online valentines tonight cuz i really only have two days to work on things before the day. this is the one i did tonight...Cartier (like the diamond or the jewelry store) wants to go first;)

okay i went nuts last night while the laundry was going and make cards from all the Rescue Kitties down here....so here's #2 Nobe....
(i made two ..the first one didn't want to load ...i didn't think it loaded but it did....i don't want to put it in here cuz i think it would take up too much gigs or whatever..its a lot of animated sparkly things. if anyone wants it let me know and i can send it to your email).
so here's a little simpler Nobe card for Fri:)

i don't get to change my bedding very often..its hard to find a time when there's not a cat somewhere on it. and it takes longer to get the blankets off than it does to eat the nightly wet food!
the other night i had to work around this...
and try as i might, i still had to work around this...
he's sitting on top of an old bedspread, i finally had to pick everything up and carry it to the top of the bed so i could tuck the rest of the sheets and blankets in!

wish I could see................stupid computer filters................

the Rescue Kitties are being pretty good kitties.....the three pop bottles of nip i've been growing outside and bringing in to the kitchen window in the winter have been brought down here and so far nobody has pushed them over or tried to eat them! i can't wait for it to be warm enough to put them outside. i hope they survive down here! i dojn't know how much sun they get down here in the basement window AND its the window that Salem likes to sit in and wait for me to come home!
