Mouski, I'm a firm believer in napping. Right now where I work is shut down. Don't worry, I will still have a place to live and plenty of noms. I do worry about others though. Tia Sue

I'm sure cats here plenty of naps in while I'm at work. I usually get greeted by Jack when I get home.

Tia Sue, I am sorry your works are not working. I am glad that you are safe. Are the rodent patrol keeping you company?

I can tell you that we DO nap while you are at work, Fluff. We nap all the time. It is the most part after eating. MOL

Most days, my hooman does get reports about us after she gets home. She told me this virus is making people sick and people are dying from it. That didn't sound good. She even told me states have shut down and people not working due to businesses not open. Her job is considered essential and gets to go to work. At least someone here can still get us food and treats.

My hooman works from the house all the time, so I do not really think anything is different. My caddy works outside-y and only with one or two people who stay far away from him, so he still goes to work. My meowmy says she is worried about people getting sick and dying though. Everything around us feels different even though my house is the same.

My hooman is still glad she can leave to go to work. She knows there are lots of people lost their jobs. She is worried about her job and she doesn't know how long she can have her job.

Junko, what does your hooman do for work? It is a scary time, and you live in a very affected place. Your hooman needs to stay safe no matter what. Mine works at home all the time so she is very lucky. She has lots of friends who are not working now.

Mouski, she works in a place that have machine that inserts mail in one area and then gets put in another area that sends that mail into different machines that sorts it out. I heard her say that as long as USPS is open, she still goes to work.

Junko, I hope she can keep going to work! My meowmy has been using the mail a lot since all of this started. She has been sending things to her friends. The mail is very important.

I hope so too. She being helping with buying hooman food.

Junko, if your hoomans need help with foods, tell them to talk to my meowmy. She is very lucky and her job will not be affected. She says she can help.

My hooman will keep that in mind.  Yesterday, she got two boxes of cat food.  She doesn't want us go hungry.

Junko

My meowmy is wondering if our food order will come on time. She gets our wet food from a store that is letting hoomans order and pay on the phone and pick up at the door. She is trying to help the people who are staying open, and these people are really nice. They have chewies for my doggie too. I just hope my crunchies are not late. We have enough for a while, but I like to have extra.

The two boxes of food my hooman got yesterday is cans of wet food. She doesn't want to run out and is afraid it will be harder to get to the stores later. She also want to stock up on treats.

Junko

We can't run out of treats! That is NOT allowed.

Mouski

We aren't allowed to run out of treats either.

We have to make sure our hoomans understand the priorities of life. MOL

I greet my mama when she gets home. I want to make sure she takes care of me. That does include feeding us.

I stand up and bump into my meowmy's hand when she gets home. I want her to be sure to feed us FIRST.

Winnie

I make sure my mama takes care of me first when she comes home from work. Sometimes I want to be fed the second she comes in and other times I want quality time with her before getting fed.

Jack

The excellent Jack. I've always like a man with a plan.

I'm her #1. I want to make sure I get taken care of. I have heard her say that I take care of her. Maybe I do.
