I think it's grilled cheese night. I might need some veggies too. Salad, I think.

I'm poaching cod for dinner in the Lair tonight. Baked potatoes and broccoli as the sides.

Mmmmmmm.....when's dinner?!

Not sure, ala king zoodles maybe. I'm craving something somewhat heavier, must be the weather.

Broiled orange roughy with rice and green beans. A nice, light pinot grigio to go with. Very healthy dinner. It was quite tasty.

That sounds good. I did chicken with stewed peppers over brown rice. I think you would enjoy the pepper recicpe.

Went to a wonderful oyster roast tonight with a bunch of people from our Alumni Association. It started with wonderful roasted oysters, and then there were burgers, veggie burgers, salad, and yummy brownies for dessert. I am so full! Smile

That does sound yummy. I made beef stew for the Lair tonight. I simmered it all day in the oven. Made some Pillsbury french bread to go with it.

Drooly Lord, that stew sounds good. Slow cooked is the best way to go.

Not sure, maybe chicken.

My husband went to the Greek festival near his work. He bought baklava and other baked yummies. My favorite is the almond cookies. They're awesome.

This wasn't dinner, but it was the most remarkable part. Smile

Last night was wonderful fish and chips at a restaurant I haven't been to in years. We were waiting for a homecoming wine party at the college, and figured dinner would be a good idea. It was so good!

Today is tailgate food because the homecoming game is at 3:30 in the afternoon. Yum!

Lentils cooked in a veggie broth and seasoned with Herbs de Provence. They were delicious. Nice mild red on the side. Smile
