LOL They like to play with our minds. I think it's kitty entertainment. They sit somewhere they can watch us, point at us, and laugh quietly.

Haven't seen the Torbie since mid march. Sad but nothing can be done. It's been an ebb and flow around here. A neighbor bought me a bag of the good stuff. Taste of the Wild, trout and smoked salmon. They're snubbing it, I'll go buy a bag of the usual and blend it.

I know and it was kind of my neighbor to do this. I saw the Greybie today. He came by when there were no munchies out.

I am glad you have a kind neighbor like that. Maybe that one will help feed them if you can't? Like when you're sick or have to work?

for the Rodent Patrol all I have to do is open the back door. When I'm on holiday, the sitter does it.

They're your own crew of barn cats.

The Graybie was by today. He didn't get anything to eat because I had picked up the food by then.

The scruffy black cat was by today. He's the one with the broken tail. I did get some snaps.

Re: Feral for life
No, it can't be. Also I'm afraid that Tabby of the Rodent Patrol may have been killed. I saw a cat that had been hit on a nearby street. The poor body had been so crushed I couldn't make a positive id. I just caught a passing look and I couldn't bear to go back and take a closer look. Since we had such a heavy rain, I think most of the remains may have been washed away. I will no for sure if I don't see him in the next day or two.

Oh no! The only hope I can have is that it was instant and he didn't suffer. Poor guy.

I hope so. I'm crushed. I keep telling myself I'm wrong, several years ago I a cat that resembled him was hit on the same street. I fear the worst.

I have not posted here since I lost Tabby. GW and Sport are doing well and showing up for meals. though don't hang around as much as Tabby did but they are here on a regular basis.
