I do not like to have my ears touched. I do love neck scritches and tail ones too. Sometimes I like to have my tummy petted too. But please do not touch my ears.

I don't mind it, I'm not big on tummy. Food Lady has this strange habit of holding my tail. She doesn't pull on it or anything just holds it. Bud

My meowmy did that with my brother GK. He liked it. I think it's weird but I do not hate it.

I don't like any kind of rubs. My caddy is the only one I allow to rub my tummy. I get him to do that when he gets up in the mornings.

Bud! You are really adapting to this pet thing, aren't you? Keep it up and Food Lady will be wrapped around your paw.

Bud spent the say outside, I think it was because we had someone working on the back porch. I saw either Patch or Sport on the retaining wall. Tia Sue

Must have been, he was missing all day and showed up around five or so. Came in ate and immediately gakked. Now he's hanging out on the Giant Cat Bed and Sport has come in for a snack. The wind is up and we are under severe storm warnings. The Food Lady

Ugh! The munch and gak. Yuck. My indoor/outdoor kitties used to do that. I told them to stop eating frogs. LOL

Re: Rodent Patrol Part II
I don't what he munched on prior but I was not happy. We had major storms last night with thunder and huge flashes of lightening. He stayed in until about the three or four this morning. Patch of all things got shut in the flat last night. I didn't realize she was in until about one, she was crying and fussing to get out. So I let her out, it was still pretty bad so she hunkered down on the porch, I ended up leaving the door cracked so she could come in and out. The Food Lady

Re: Rodent Patrol Part II
Poor confused feral house kitties. The weather here has been very nice. I haven't seen the ones who seemed to be dumpees. Maybe they are wandering farm kitties from the neighbors. Not sure, but I am not going to go into TNR mode until I see them again. I figure if I put food out now, I will just be feeding opossums and raccoons. And THOSE get enough to eat around here as it is.

I know it was confusing for Patch. I liked being out the foul weather. Food Lady let's me sleep in the Giant Cat Bed. I came in early this morning and I'm glad I did. She was sneezing and coughing. She really felt puny, so I'm giving her healing purrs and drools. Bud

Re: Rodent Patrol Part II
Make sure to keep nursing her, Bud. She has problems with coughing sometimes and needs all the kitty care she can get. The best nurses purr.

She seems to be feeling better, she ate her noms and hasn't been coughing as much. I'm still giving her plenty of purrs. I meant to say earlier that I didn't like being out in the filthy weather. Bud

It seems like some of the best nurses are cats. I can't speak for dogs, since I didn't grow up with a dog.

Re: Rodent Patrol Part II
My dogs have all been good nurses too. They do not put on the healing paws and purrs though.
I understood you, Bud. No one really likes to be out in filthy weather. We had some today, and all the fur kids were inside. I even saw a bird sheltering in the barn.

Dogs do a good job but that don't have that healing purr. Food Lady

Re: Rodent Patrol Part II
she's all better and I've been spending the days inside. We snuggle on the couch, and I get ear scritches along with tummy rubs. And did I mention the always full nom bowl, along with fresh water at all times. Bud

Re: Rodent Patrol Part II
Isn't it nice? I ate all my noms yesterday and had to tell my meowmy to refill. I haven't been eating it all, so she thought I wasn't going to finish. I have to keep her on her toes.

It is nice isn't it. I'm still spending days napping and nomming. Food Lady, is so kind. Life is so much better for me now. Bud
Hi, Patch here. I came in for some noms. I'm still spooky about this house thing. Still Food Lady is kind and patient and makes sure the nom bowl is full. Still let's me hang out as much as possible.

Re: Rodent Patrol Part II
I hate it when my caddy goes outside on the patio to give noms and quality time to that outdoor girl cat. When I know about it, I bang on the door to show my feelings. I don't know how long my caddy has being feeding her. I'm suppose to be his only girl.
