Re: Fred Friend
I will try to get a recording, although I don't think of it while I'm 1/2 asleep.

Re: Fred Friend
Fred must have heard us plotting. He hasn't been sleeping in the room until after I'm all the way out.

Re: Fred Friend
They want us to think they're not so smart. Look at who gets up every morning to serve breakfast. They've gone to cat school, I think.

Tell me about it Miles has regained his voice, I think it's to complain about Squeaks blocking the entrance to one of his dens.

Fred has always been vocal. Sometimes I want him just to be quiet.

Re: Fred Friend
fred is spending the night with his cousin Mateo. His auntie is coming to the house to babysit tomorrow, but Fred wanted to go for the night. We will be visiting family for a few days, so it will be good to have someone staying with the babies.

Re: Fred Friend
Fred and Mateo had a great time. They did some traveling between houses and visiting the various kitties. Fred decided to make ugly faces at his cousin Callie. She bopped him right in the nose. He has a little red mark to remember to treat kitties nicely.

Re: Fred Friend
This week, he had a play day with his friend Rohan. They bounced around the house wrestling and barking. It was tons of crazy fun. Fred even learned to play with toys and told me that he prefers round stuffed ones. I had to go buy the after-Christmas ones for half price.

Re: Fred Friend
Fred has continued to "kill" round stuffed toys. He likes to play right after breakfast. Unfortunately, that's when I'm deep into my first cup of coffee, so my desire to get on the floor and wrestle is pretty low.

Re: Fred Friend
I know. I am a BAD mama. Fred had a bad walk today. He hates one of the dogs (owners?) in the neighborhood and he was almost uncontrollable when they walked by. I had to change course twice to avoid them. He scared one of the other neighbors with his bad behavior. I took him home and then finished walking by myself. We will try again tomorrow.

Re: Fred Friend
I'm sorry to hear that. I wonder why he's so reactive. You're not a bad mom, it's one of those things. Apologize to the neighbor he scared is all you can do.

Re: Fred Friend
Turns out that many of the dogs in the neighborhood do not like that dog. No one can figure out why. The owner is a nice man, and the dog doesn't seem weird. But, several neighbors told me that their dogs hate him too. Very strange.

Re: Fred Friend
I'm not fond of dogs and I know that is odd for dogs to behave. That dog behavior is something I can't make sense of.
