How's the weather?

I was so chilly last night trying to sleep! I need to get out the winter blanket.

I'm lovin this weather, 60s during the day, 50s at night. supposed to go down to 50s /40s later this week, but still enjoying it

We're supposed to be in for a hard freeze tonight. I was OK wearing socks to bed last night, but tonight, I HAVE to get out the winter blanket!

41 yesterday with windchill of 36..........27 at the same time today for work. A 4 layer morning. I have: fleece sheets and pillowcase, a thick fake fur blanket, fleece blanket, thick afghan, and a wool blanket on the bed. Wore 2 pair of socks to bed as well as my flannel jammies. STILL woke up cold in the middle of the night.
Weatherman said "sleet, snow mix this afternoon, 60% chance".
NOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooo............I am NOT ready for this!

It started snowing at about 11:30 this morning, and it hasn't quit yet. Nothing is sticking though, because the ground is too warm. Thank goodness for that!

Today was cloudy and lovely temperature. It's getting COLD though.

30 this morning with windchill of 27. Brrrrrrr........we only got up to 39 yesterday here.

AAACK! I am whining because our highs are in the 50s. I think we should move to Hawaii!

I think I'll just be quiet.

We got sleet yesterday for about 15 minutes.  Snow was about 20 miles south of me.
27 this morning with windchill of 22!!!  I had a highschool kid walking to school in a short sleeved tshirt and NO SHIRT!  Made me feel colder just looking at him.  Sun is playing hide n seek and it's not warming up much today either.  We might get up to maybe 40 if we're lucky. Hey Sue......ship some of that southern warmth up here if you can, will ya? It's too early in the year for this cold up here!

And our repairmen think they can paint the exterior of my building in these temps......

Good grief. Then I guess you don't want my weather report.

That makes me feel better about highs in the 50s.

If we're lucky we might get up to 49-50 today here.  The suns out at the moment and it's finally warming up out there.  It was 28 with windchill of 22 this morning.  **sigh** Oh well, when I get groceries in the morning at least it won't thaw out before I get it home.

If you tell us what it's like in TX Sue we can dream and remember what that kind of warmth was like.

Well right now it's cold and brisk.

Brisk here too, wind is howling a bit and it's still cold but not quite as bad as yesterday. 41 this morning and supposed to get up to 50 or so today. Sun is peeking out at the moment. But.....weatherman is still using the 's' word for next week.

It was beautifully chilly and breezy. Perfect football weather. Not as cold as yesterday, and it looks like we might escape another hard frost. This morning we had ice on everything. Tomorrow isn't supposed to be quite as cold.

Only a tad warmer but a lot windier! 31 this morning, frost on everything. Might get to 44 today, rain in the forecast all week long. Looks pretty gloomy and rainy out there as I type this.

It's snowing as I type this........  I am soooo not ready for this!
45 this morning.......temps dropping fast. Supposed to go down to the lower 20's by the time school lets out.

 

It hasn't started snowing here yet, but the rain is looking more "solid" as I look out.

There is supposed to be a front moving in Weds and it's supposed to get
ugly. Right now it just beautiful.

It turned to snow within minutes of my last post. Still snowing now.

YIKES! The forecast mentioned that word here too. Not yet!!!

I'm sure it's all gone now, but there was a white covering on our grass this morning when I got up. Probably 1/2" of accumulation.

Today it's COLD!! It was 18° when I got to work this morning. Now around 24°.
