Well the work is finished on the houses so maybe things
will settle down for the flying Flying Ferals. The wet
food was gone tonight and this morning. There was
a fair amount of kibble. Didn't see any of the cats
though.

Maybe things will get back to normal now that things have quieted down. I imagine all that ruckus had them really spooked there.

since its getting hotter they might not roam so much...if they have some cool places to hang out and food and water handy they might be more visible!

Well the food was untouched at breakfast but then there
were people working at the house next door. The wet food
was gone at dinner but the kibble wasn't touched. Also
there has been no kitten sightings in several days.

They're probably spooked but good by all that noise. I hope they haven't leave the area.............something else could be eating the wetfood.

Something has happened to the kittens. While very sad is not
something unexpected. Mom is still showing up for food and water.
She wasn't there this morning because the yard man was there.
I've got her on a surgery schedule July 20th. She is usually waiting
on top of the fence, pretty relaxed but I still can't get more than ten
feet from her.

do you think somebody might have been able to get the kittens and hopefully found them a new home(s)?

The the woman who lives next to door to the vacant house
says they are now under hers. Judy is not the most patient of
people. I really don't want to comment anymore about her

I understand that! Some people are better left alone.

I hope the kittens find a better place to hide. I am glad to hear that mom has an appointment soon though. Better to keep more babies from possible unfriendly house problems.

I hope you can trap mom so she can keep her appointment. Good thing she still shows up for food and water. Will the kittens show up too, do they know the way? Any chance to get a trap set up to hopefully catch them too? I sure hope so, poor scared lil ones...........

Well there was two cats this morning. The black one that has been around
since this whole thing started and white and dilute calico, Not real sure on that
one. Anyway I put enough food down for two. He/she is on the surgery schedule
also. Hopefully I can them both when the time comes. Tonight it's raining so
I didn't see anybody but I put food and water in a crate. I'm thinking about leaving
the food out all night which I don't normally do.

Well, we know the calico is a girl. The mystery is the black. I think they are both girls for some reason. Good luck to you with catching them.

Yes, if I'm right about the coloring. Nobody was being real
coperative this morning. I may take the camera with me
in the morning. Don't get excited, Fif, the camera has a long
lens on it so I can get a better look at the other cat.

Only the black cat at breakfast and dinner. I hope
he/she weighs two pounds. They won't spray/neuter
unless they are two pounds. I can't even go into the
other stuff that is going on.

Tiny tiny. Is there a rescue that will hold the little black until he/she weighs enough?

OOooooooo, a lil black sweetie! I really really really hope you can get pics!

I also hope you catch both kitties, and that they weigh enough for the surgery. I know vets insist on a 2# minimum weight so they are big enough to handle the anesthesia well. I have a feeling the calico may return.

It poured down buckets this afternoon. I dragged
the crate out and put the water and food in it.
I put the wet food out so it won't matter if it gets
wet, it's wet anyway. The crate won't stay dry it's
just so he/she can get some food without getting
soaked.

I don't think it's stopping them. Today's saga.
Well Willa/Will was on top if the fence for breakfast
and I saw two black kittens on top of Judy's camper.
I don't know if they ate or not. Tonight I had to set up the
crate and the black kitty with the red color showed up and ate. Willa/Will
stayed on the fence so i took out some more kibble.

Willa/Will was on the fence line today waiting for me. I'm having to move the
feeding station away from Judy's house. Or at least as far as I can. Anyway he/she
was waiting and did eat even though I didn't see her get off the fence. The food was
gone, I took the camera out yesterday to use the long lens to try to get a better look
I think I he/she may make the weight limit.

That's good news. Still sounds like a teeny kitty, but if he/she is big enough to be "fixed," all the better. That's one fewer thing you need to worry about.

This morning Willa/Will was on top of the fence waiting for breakfast.
All the food was gone when I went back to pick up the dishes Tonight he/she was sitting on a the stairs leading to
the upstairs porch on the empty house. She ran up the stairs when
I went to pick up the water. When I cam back Willa/Will was on the
fence. When I went to pick up the dishes I spooked a black kitten
Willa/Will was on the fence line. I left the food. I will go later to
check the dishes.
